If you are employed full-time, it is often easy to take on additional work with the approval of your employer. If you are not employed full-time, we will look into guiding you toward self-employment or placing you with a partner agency under a flexible contract. The day rate depends on various factors such as your skills, qualifications, language abilities, market demand, and the type of client or vessel in need of short-term staffing. On average, our day rates range from 150 to 800 euros.
