We offer both temporary and permanent positions on a variety of inland barges, tailored to fit different needs.

Most of our positions follow a rotation schedule, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks on board, followed by an equivalent period of paid leave. For those seeking more local work, we also provide Monday-to-Friday roles with regular hours, offering flexibility and stability. From small barges to the largest, most advanced tankers, we cater to diverse vessels and operations.

Easycrew is one of the few specialized agencies with a dedicated department for harbour tug and towage operations. Since 2018, we’ve been exclusively focused on this sector, and in 2024, we merged with Flexbox to better navigate the evolving legal landscape of the temporary labor market. This merger wasn’t about scaling up but about enhancing our ability to efficiently manage the increasing complexity of regulations while continuing to deliver flexible and reliable staffing solutions.

With Easycrew, you can work in tug and towage on your own terms. We provide a single point of contact to ensure clear communication and will schedule jobs that fit your availability. Some of our employees prefer variety, working across different ports and vessels, while others opt for a fixed boat with fewer days worked each year. Whatever your preference, we make it work for you.

We also offer mediation services for freelancers, ensuring timely payments and a single point of contact for coordinating work across multiple clients.
